If you want to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks, know that you
will need to work extremely hard and be focus. It's not
easy but with some determination and commitment it can be

When I wanted to lose ten pounds in two weeks, I imagined
that it was easy to lose weight and that the weight was
coming off. I imagined that I was eating less and was
getting thinner and... it started to happen to me. I started

diet and doing intensive aerobic excercises each day.
However, it will not be easy to maintain this rate of
excercise once the two weeks are done and you will also

You can use a calorie shifting diet. This weight loss method
keep your metabolism running high while letting you eat a
reasonable amount of food. Combine calorie shifting with
brisk walks 3-4 times a week and you have a great chance to
lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks.
When you have picked your diet plan you need to advance to
the next step. Now you have to start exercise. If you
haven't exercised before, start walking. A daily walk for
about 45 minutes will be great for you. You will burn lot of
calories and your metabolism will get a boost and that is
great when you need to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. When you
feel ready you can increase the intensity and quantity of
the exercise. If you have exercised before, keep on doing
that, and increase the intensity and quantity when you feel
ready.
